Based at Pingles Leisure Centre in Nuneaton, I offer tailored fitness plans designed to help you achieve your personal health and wellness goals. Whether you're aiming to lose weight for an upcoming holiday or wedding, preparing for a charity event, seeking to improve your overall fitness, boost confidence, or enhance your nutrition, I am here to support you. I understand the journey.

I specialize in assisting clients with weight loss and body fat reduction through a combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. I create customized workout plans, provide expert guidance on proper technique and offer ongoing motivation and support to help you stay on track throughout your fitness journey. Additionally, I offer nutritional advice to help you build healthy eating habits that align with your fitness goals.

One to one training

One to one training — 10 x 1 hour sessions

About

Growing up, I faced challenges that impacted my health, leading me to weigh 350lbs / 25 stone / 158.8kg by the end of November 2012.

However, I realized that if I didn’t make a change, my future would be at risk. Determined to take control, I made a commitment to a healthier lifestyle through a combination of diet and exercise.

Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve lost over 150lbs, weighing 200.4lbs / 14.3 stone / 90.9kg. Along the way, I’ve not only transformed my own life but also raised over £1,000 for the Prince’s Trust by climbing Mount Snowdon.

I’m now a qualified personal trainer and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their own goals and unlock their potential.
